Responsibilities & Context
- Plan & develop recruitment policy and participate in recruitment & selection process.
- Maintain & develop organizational hierarchy.
- Staffing of all departments as per company requirements.
- Create & design organizational development strategies.
- Handle employee grievances and other personnel related issues.
- Embed an effective performance management process (PMP)·
- Design employee motivation policy & salary survey·
- Design & implement SOP for HR·
- Manage the reward process·
- Prepare & supervise all HR related documentation i.e. appointment letter, confirmation letter, designation change letter etc.·
- Monitor personnel file, supervise preparation of time sheet & leave application.
- Update & monitor employee orientation process.
- Supervise performance evaluation & employee exit package.
- Monitor HR advertisement both in printed media & website.
- Preparing different presentations, organization chart & HR related analysis
- Articulate effective employee counseling
